yesterday i got to do the kind of thing that reminds my why I keep sticking out this whole journalism thing.

A 9/11 survivor who started the day on the 105th floor of the World Trade Center that morning spoke at a local hospital for the 8th anniversary. Not only did I cover the speech, I also got to do a video interview with him before hand.

I had never met someone like that before and his story was very moving.

summer 2009 = lame.

so umm, basically it now gets dark at 3 p.m., it’s negative 8 outside and IT’S STILL AUGUST.

where the heck did the summer go? it was 110ยบ for about 4 seconds that one time I went to great america, and then BAM fall.

seriously.

this is crap.

if we don’t get an indian summer im going to be fricking mad wait. is that term somehow offense? sorry.

ok. how about “if we don’t get some more summer im going to be fricking mad.”

its just that im not ready to do stupid things like workout indoors, wear shoes that don’t flip when i flop, or worse scrape snow off my car.

GASP!

i know. i shouldn’t even be mentioning such an awful thing. but i wouldn’t be surprised if i we start seeing flakes like next week guys.

in conclusion, im officially requesting a summer-refund. I take checks, cash or paypal and expect ful payment of missed sunshine by Monday.

hey, it’s me crystal. what’s up? not much going on here.

so umm, ya. i was just kinda wondering if you could please stop wearing that shirt that makes you look really good.

you know, that black one. the one that makes me giddy a bit when i see you in it.

that’d be great, because what with us not being realistic in any kinda way ever, it’d help if you didn’t look so freaking amazing every time i see you.

it seems to me that you have plenty of other perfectly nice shirts you could be wearing. like that blue one. or even the white one you wear sometimes.

just thought i’d run it past you.
